Please read the following terms carefully before completing any purchase through our store. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally agree to all the terms outlined below.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
• Customized Products
All items are printed upon order and are custom-made for each customer. We do not keep stock of designs or sizes.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are not allowed unless the item has a clear manufacturing defect. Any defect must be reported with photos within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Size Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their order.
Please review the Size Chart carefully or request the Try-On Service if available to ensure correct sizing.
No return or exchange will be accepted due to incorrect size selection after the order is completed.
2. Delivery & Shipping Policy
• Delivery Within Kuwait
Orders are delivered by third-party delivery services.
Deliveries are made between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, based on the drivers’ internal schedule and delivery routes.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in allowing time for your order to be delivered during this window.
• International Shipping & Customs Fees
If you are ordering from outside Kuwait, please note:
Shipping fees do not include any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country.
These fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and are not charged by us or the shipping provider.
Customs fees vary from country to country and are beyond our control or prediction.
